These Terms & Conditions (T&C) outline the requirements for using the relationship
mediation and teen mediation services advertised on this website, as well as the rights
and obligations of both the service provider and the client.
By using the services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and
accepted these Terms & Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, and agree to be
bound by them.

How to Access the Service
● Mediation sessions require a pre-arranged appointment.
● In the first session, all parties will be introduced to the mediation process and its ground rules.
● The fee for each mediation includes the cost of putting any agreement into writing.
Fees & Payment
● All service fees are gross, tax-exempt prices, unless the client is a company, in which case an additional 27% VAT will apply.
● Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer, either at the end of the session or in another mutually agreed way.
Cancellations & Changes
● Please notify cancellations or schedule changes at least 24 hours in advance of the agreed appointment.
● Cancellations within 24 hours of the session or failure to attend will result in the full session fee being charged.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
● All participants are obliged to keep confidential everything that is said during the mediation and must not disclose it to third parties.
● Data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Complaints & Dispute Resolution
● If you have any concerns or complaints, please contact the service provider first so we can seek a peaceful resolution.
● If the matter cannot be resolved, clients have the right to turn to the Conciliation Board (Békéltető Testület) in their place of residence.
Final Provisions data
● The service provider reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions and will notify clients via this website if changes are made.
● These Terms & Conditions are valid from the date of publication until withdrawn or updated.
